Lynda Heimbach brings her love of databases and metadata to each project. Of her forty-seven-year career as an IT professional, Lynda has focused the last thirty-five plus years on data architecture and databases. Most recently, Lynda has been the technical lead and project manager for a series of research projects pertaining to Child Welfare and Well-being, helping to ensure the protection of data pertaining to the most vulnerable members of our society.

Lynda was awarded multiple contracts for data focused research projects prior to obtaining contracts for the beginning of Results Oriented Management (ROM) project. She has been the technical lead and project manager for ROM since the project’s initial design and development in 2002, and has continuously provided the technical leadership for ROM.
